为了研究内置导流片与扰流板等扰流器驻涡燃烧室的燃烧流动性能,对不同导流片结构参数下的燃烧室总压损失、燃烧效率、速度温度分布及污染物排放进行了数值分析。结果表明:内置导流片与扰流板的驻涡燃烧室性能更加优于仅存在导流片时的,会进一步增强凹腔内的燃气掺混,提高燃烧效率,改善出口温度分布,降低NO排放。当导流片伸入凹腔的长度与凹腔前壁面一半长度之比(a/B)为0.1~0.4,导流片到进口顺流通道下壁面的距离与燃烧室进口顺流通道高度之比(b/h)为0.4,导流片到凹腔前壁面的距离与凹腔长度之比(c/L)为0.2时,燃烧室在贫燃条件下可以实现低压降稳定燃烧,而且出口温度分布更加均匀,污染物排放更低。 |

In order to investigate the flow and combustion performance of Advanced Trapped Vortex Combustor(AVC) with turbulator, the effects of different structure parameters on total pressure loss, combustion efficiency, velocity and temperature distribution and pollutant emission were numerically simulated. The results indicate that AVC with guide vanes and inclined structs is superior to that only with guide vanes. It can further enhance the mixing of gas, increase combustion efficiency and improve exit temperature distribution. In addition, it can reduce the NO emission. Stable combustion with low total pressure loss can be achieved when a/B=0.1~0.4, b/h=0.4, c/L=0.2 under lean burn conditions. Meanwhile, the exit temperature distribution becomes more uniform and pollutant emissions are lower. |
