针对天津市槽式太阳能集热系统性能测试平台,对不同太阳辐射强度、入口流体温度以及不同工质流量状况下集热效率和集热管压降变化规律进行实验测试,通过测试数据对槽式太阳能集热器热性能进行分析,试验结果表明:在天津地区槽式太阳能集热器集热效率为0.20-0.62;太阳辐射强度的增强,会提高集热效率,并且集热器进出口的压降会随之降低;在太阳辐射强度和导热油流量一定时入口流体温度存在最佳值;集热效率和集热器进出口的压降随着流量的增加而增大。 |

Based on tianjin trough type solar heating system performance test platform, through the different solar radiation intensity, the inlet fluid temperature and different working medium flow position fixation of thermal efficiency and pressure drop area.the variation experiment test, through the test data of trough type solar collector thermal performance were analyzed, and the experimental results show that in tianjin region trough type solar collector collection efficiency of 0.20-0.62;The enhancement of solar radiation intensity will improve the heat collection efficiency, and the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the collector will decrease accordingly.When the solar radiation intensity and the heat conduction oil flow rate are constant, the inlet fluid temperature has an optimal value.The collector efficiency and the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the collector increase with the increase of the flow rate. |
