将分布参数方法与三维有限容积数值计算方法相结合,对大型水平管降膜蒸发海水淡化装置内的海水蒸发过程进行了模拟计算,获得了海水温度、海水盐度、二次蒸汽流速等参数的三维空间分布。详述了传热系数、海水沸点升高、传热温差等参数的空间分布特征。为低温多效蒸发海水淡化装置的工作特征理论提供了支持,为海水淡化装置的大型水平管降膜蒸发器分析与设计提供了理论基础。 |

The three-dimensional finite volume method is coupled with the distributed parameter model (DPM) to simulate the evaporation process in a large-scale horizontal tube falling film evaporator of a low temperature multi-effect evaporation (LT-MEE) desalination plant. The three-dimensional distributions of brine temperature, brine salinity and vapor velocity in the evaporator were presented. The distribution characteristics of heat transfer coefficient, seawater boiling point enhancement, temperature difference in the evaporator were also revealed. The distribution characteristics of the thermodynamic parameters in the evaporator forms the basis of the operating characteristic theory of LT-MEE desalination plant. It also provides a theoretical guidance for the large evaporator performance analysis and structure design. |
