      为研究试验段内冷却水温度的均匀性,以及热电偶的测量温度是否能代表试验段的出口的温度,故本文对辐照装置试验段的流动传热特性开展数值模拟研究。本文首先计算试验段流量与压差之间的关系,并通过试验数据进行验证,保证了所选取湍流模型的可靠性。 接着分析雷诺数对试验段流动传热特性的影响,通过选取试验段主要位置的截面,计算对应截面的温度不均匀系数和最大温差,在此基础上研究雷诺数对温度场均匀化程度的影响。结果表明,所选取的湍流模型可以很好的预测试验段的流量和压差的关系;随着雷诺数的增加试验段的传热特性发生了明显改变,流动特性变化并不明显;试验段的结构可以明显改善冷却水的不均匀化程度;热电偶的所测得的平均温度与试验段出口的平均温度的差值的数量级在10-2,说明热电偶的布置是合理的。

      in order to study the uniformity of the cooling water temperature of in the test section, and whether the measured temperature of the thermocouple can represent the temperature of the outlet of the test section. Therefore, this paper carries out a numerical simulation study on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the test section. This paper first calculates the relationship between the flow rate and the pressure difference in the test section, and verifies it through the test data to ensure the reliability of the selected turbulence model. Next, this paper analyzes the influence of Reynolds number on the flow and heat transfer of the test section. By selecting the section an the main position of the test section, the temperature unevenness coefficient and the maximum temperature difference of the corresponding section are calculated, and on this basis, the influence of the Reynolds number on the degree of uniformity of temperature field is studied. The results show that the selected turbulence model can well predict the relationship between the flow rate and the pressure difference in the test section; with the increase of the Reynolds number, the heat transfer characteristics of the test section have changed significantly, and the flow characteristics change is not obvious; the structure of the test section can significantly improve the degree of unevenness of the cooling water; the difference between the measured average temperature of the thermocouple and the average temperature of the outlet of the test section is in the order of 10-2,indicating that the arrangement if the thermocouple is reasonable.
