      车辆冷却模块空气侧的流动特性包括冷却风量及进风不均匀性,与整车冷却性能及风阻密切相关。本文在对象车CFD仿真结果与风洞实验结果的对比的基础上,分析冷凝器、中冷器和水箱散热器不同高度排布下冷却模块各换热器来流平均速度、速度分布不均匀性以及整个冷却模块的冷却阻力的变化规律。发现最前端冷凝器的高度及三个换热器的高度排布方式会对前端气流的流动特征产生显著影响。提高冷凝器高度能有效提升进风量并改善进风均匀性,冷却阻力则与冷却模块进风量及来流均匀性均相关,发现“中-低-高”排布方式在低速及高速工况下的流动综合表现较好。
英文摘要:
      The air-side characteristics of the vehicle cooling module are closely relevant to the cooling performance as well as cooling drag of the vehicle. Based on the validated CFD model of the whole vehicle using climatic wind tunnel experimental data, the results of average velocity, un-uniformity and airside pressure drop of each heat exchanger of the cooling module under different height arrangements of the three heat exchangers are analyzed. It is found that the height of the condenser which is at the forefront of the cooling module and the height arrangement of the three heat exchangers have a significant effect on the cooling airflow characteristics. Increasing in the height of the condenser can effectively increase the airflow volume and reduce the velocity un-uniformity, which are also closely related to the cooling drag of the vehicle. The height arrangement type of medium-medium-high performs best under low-speed and high-speed conditions within the eleven investigated modes.
