      热工参数直接影响着轻烧氧化镁焙烧炉燃烧室的出口烟气温度及NOx排放量。目前,以天然气为清洁燃料替代发生炉煤气是该类型燃烧室的发展方向。然而,天然气燃烧室适宜热工参数的确定缺乏科学依据。为此,本文针对该类型燃烧室建立了燃烧过程的数值计算模型和响应曲面分析模型,探究了燃烧室长度、燃烧室直径、助燃风系数和烟气掺混比等热工参数对燃烧室热工特性的多因素综合影响,进而为工程中燃烧室热工参数的确定提供理论指导。结果表明:1)各热工参数对燃烧室出口烟气温度和NOx排放量的影响的显著性排序为:助燃风系数>烟气掺混比>燃烧室长度>燃烧室直径。2)5万吨/年产能的焙烧炉,其燃烧室适宜的热工参数:燃烧室容积39.87 m3(长径比为1:0.481), 助燃风系数为0.547,烟气掺混比为0.185,燃烧室容积热负荷为236.65 kW/m3。

      The thermal parameters directly affect the exit flue gas temperature and NOx emission of the light-fired magnesium oxide roaster combustion chamber. At present, natural gas as a clean fuel to replace the coal gas of the furnace is the development direction of this type of combustion chamber. However, there is no scientific determination of the suitable thermal parameters for natural gas combustion chamber. For this reason, this paper establishes a numerical model of the combustion process and response surface analysis model for this type of combustion chamber, and investigates the effects of thermal parameters such as combustion chamber length, combustion chamber diameter, combustion air coefficient and gas blending ratio on the thermal characteristics of the combustion chamber, so as to provide oretical guidance for the determination of the combustion chamber thermal parameters in engineering. The results show as follows. 1) The significance ranking of the effects of various thermal parameters on the flue gas temperature and NOx emission at the combustion chamber outlet is : combustion air coefficient > gas blending ratio > combustion chamber length > combustion chamber diameter. 2) For 50,000 tons/year roasting furnace, the optimal structural and operational parameters of the combustion chamber are: the suitable thermal parameters of the combustion chamber are:volume of the combustion chamber is 39.87 m3 (length-diameter ratio is 1:0.481), combustion air coefficient is 0.547, gas blending ratio is 0.185, and volumetric heat load of the combustion chamber is 236.65 kW/m3.
