      随着科技的发展,数据中心的发热量持续增长,冷却技术也在不断的革新。浸没液冷技术是当前公认较有前途的冷却技术之一。本文从服务器的角度出发,使用数值模拟的方法,探讨了采用单相浸没液冷服务器的运行性能。在此基础上使用TRNSYS软件,分析了不同地区使用该冷却技术数据中心的经济性,最后与传统风冷数据中心进行了对比。结果表明:液冷系统的CPU温度波动在57.8-65 °C,均满足服务器正常的运行。其中格尔木的波动幅度最小,为4.1 °C,服务器运行最为稳定。北京最高,为6.6 °C。受电价和环境温度的影响,液冷系统的PUE介于1.105-1.138之间,银川PUE最低,仅为1.105。海口最高,为1.138。较风冷系统而言,采用单相浸没液冷系统的数据中心PUE最大可下降66.7%,全年功耗减少66.7%。

      The heat produced by data center increases sharply with the development of technology, leading to the innovation of cooling method, in which the single-phase immersion cooling can be considered as one of the promise technologies. In this study, the server performance was studied firstly by using numerical simulation. Based on this, the economic analysis is conducted for the data center in different cities in China. Finally, the comparison between air based cooling and single-phase immersion cooling data centers is conducted. Results showed that, such cooling method could meet the operation of server and the CPU temperature operated in the range of 57.8-65℃. The temperature fluctuations in Golmud and Beijing were the smallest and highest, which were 4.1℃ and 6.6℃, respectively. Affected by the electric price and ambient temperature, the PUE of such cooling method ranged from 1.105 to 1.138, in which Yinchuan and Haikou showed the lowest and highest (1.105 and 1.138). Compared to the air based cooling method, single-phase immersion cooling could decreased the PUE by 66.7%, energy consumption by 66.7%.
