      本文针对有机相变材料导热率普遍较低,影响其作为储热材料时热量释放和吸收效率的问题,采用熔融共混法制备石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩定形复合相变材料,并且通过加入不同比例的改性膨胀石墨形成石蜡/改性膨胀石墨/膨胀珍珠岩定形复合相变材料来提升复合相变材料的导热性能。结果表明,改性膨胀石墨作为增强石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩定形复合相变材料热传导性能的添加剂,复合相变材料中改性膨胀石墨比例由0%增加到2.5%后,导热系数总体提升了46.3%,为定形复合相变材料在储能领域提升导热性能的应用提供参考。

      Aiming at the problem that the thermal conductivity of organic phase change materials is generally low, which affects the efficiency of heat release and absorption when they are used as heat storage materials, paraffin/expanded perlite composite phase change materials are prepared by melt blending method, and the thermal conductivity of the composite phase change materials is enhanced by adding different ratios of modified expanded graphite to form paraffin/modified expanded graphite/expanded perlite composite phase change materials. The results show that modified expanded graphite is used as an additive for paraffin/expanded perlite to enhance the thermal conductivity of the phase change material, and the overall thermal conductivity of the composite phase change material is improved by 46.3% after the proportion of modified expanded graphite is increased from 0% to 2.5%, which is used as a reference for the application of the composite phase change material to enhance the thermal conductivity in the field of energy storage.
