热泵干燥系统运行特性的有效能研究

摘    要:热泵干燥能源消耗少,环境污染小,干燥品质高,适用范围广,是一种性能优良的种子干燥机械。从热力学第一、第二定律两方面分析了热泵干燥系统的节能优势所在,得出采用辅助冷凝器是闭式热泵干燥系统的理想方式;而且热泵干燥系统存在一个最佳的蒸发温度,可使系统除湿率和效率最大。

Entropy analysis of performance of heat pump drying system
Abstract:Heat pump drying system is a state-of-the-art drying technology for seed and other biomaterials for its high quality drying, low energy consumption, environmentally friendly performance, and wide range of applications. Based on the First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics, the heat pump drying system was analyzed. It can be concluded that the auxiliary condenser is a ideal option for the closed system. It can also be shown that there exist an optimum evaporation temperature at which a maximum dehumidification rate and exergy efficient of the whole system can be achieved for the heat pump cycle.
