水力旋流器流场的数值模拟研究

摘    要:用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,采用RSM模型对油水分离用水力旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明旋流器流场呈Rankine涡的特点,且与他人实验结果吻合较好,说明该湍流模型和算法是可行的;旋流器上游区内流体紊流现象严重,两侧有循环流存在,这都对两相分离不利,应改进结构以改变这种流动形式;另外还对油-水两相流场进行了研究.初步揭示了液-液两相分离的现象,这都为进一步研究旋流器的结构优化提供了参考。

Abstract:The internal flow field in a hydrocyclone for oil-water separation was simulated using commercial CFD software FLUENT and the Reynolds Stress Model. The simulation results indicate that the characteristics of Rankine-eddy are presented in the flow field, and the results are in consistent with the experiment measurements published. The turbulent model and numerical method is feasible. The upstream flow field is strongly turbulent and circulation flows are presented in either side which is not good for the separation of the two phases. Structural parameters have to be modified to improve the flow structure. In addition, the two-phase flows were simulated to reveal the mechanism of the oil-water separation. The research work in this paper may provide a reference for the structural optimizing of the hydrocyclone.
